Primary Coverage: Business Income: To cover the structure a Business operates out of against fire, wind, and other covered perils. To cover Office/Business related contents against loss. Net Income (Net Profit or Loss before income taxes) that would have been earned or incurred. Continuing normal operating expenses incurred, including payroll. Extra Expense: To avoid or minimize the suspension of business and to continue "operations". At the covered premises; or At replacement premises or at temporary locations, including: Relocation expenses and Costs to equip and operate the replacement or temporary locations. To minimize the suspension of business if you can not continue "operations". To research, replace or restore the lost information on damaged valuable paper and records: to the extent it reduces the amount of loss that otherwise would have been payable under this Additional Coverage or Additional Coverages, Business Income.
