Homeowners Insurance
Things to consider when choosing coverages:
In order to replace your home if you have a total loss, your policy must be written with Replacement Cost Coverage. This is not a basic policy coverage. Same applies to the contents of your home.
Basic Coverages Are:
- Dwelling
- Other Structures such as shed or pool
- Personal Contents
- Personal Liability
- Medical Payments to Others

Additional Coverages to Consider:
- Scheduled Personal Property
[Most homeowners' policies only cover a set amount
for jewelry, fine arts and furs. If you own items worth
more than $1000 you may want to schedule it.]
- Flood Insurance
- Incidental Business Liability
- Earthquake
